They are not considered “real bikers” by most of the hard-core Harley riders I know. I’d hate to think that just because I was riding Spyder I could become the next biker outcast. If that happens I suppose I’ll have to buy a Lone Wolf patch just to make a spiteful statement about my independence.

It is the Spyder’s stability that is so intriguing to me. It is so stable that there are currently three states (California, Delaware, and North Carolina) where you don’t even need a special motorcycle license to operate one of the public roads. That’s pretty impressive to me, especially seeing that I’m getting older and I’m more about safety than what other people think of me.
